- The primary sales on Ramky Platform are for traders in the food and cosmetics & personal care sectors.
- The buyer must be aware of Ramky Platform’s terms and conditions and be qualified to complete purchases and payments.
- Prices are updated based on global and local changes and are clearly displayed to customers without secrecy or ambiguity. - Customers may cancel an order made by mistake, and customer service confirms all orders before processing.
- If the customer confirms the order and later refuses delivery (unless there are defects or errors), the customer bears shipping and return costs.
- Ramky Platform reserves the right to contact customers in case of any issue and work to resolve it.
- We carefully review product expiration dates and select products with attention.
- Some products have limited shelf life; Ramky Platform is only responsible until delivery, not for storage afterward.
- If any expired product is found upon delivery, Ramky Platform’s responsibility is limited to returning it and refunding the amount.

2.1 To access Ramky Platform, you must be at least 21 years old and have full legal capacity.
The customer must receive any order placed via Ramky Platform, whether it consists of one or multiple invoices.
The customer must accept the order even if some items are missing, as wholesale systems may result in partial availability.
All sections of Ramky Platform follow the same policy, whether products or deals.
The customer must receive orders upon arrival without conditions.
If the customer refuses to receive the order, a penalty of no less than 5000 SAR applies, in addition to legal and storage/shipping damages incurred by Ramky Platform.
Payment is made upon delivery, either in cash or via bank transfer.
Payment is only considered valid upon receipt or confirmed transfer.
If the customer pays cash to delivery representatives, they must notify Ramky Platform immediately.
Accepting the platform policies constitutes a binding contract including all terms.
The contract becomes effective once the customer places an order and agrees to the terms.
The customer is fully responsible for complying with all stated terms and conditions.
